Clocks Displayed in Private Collections

The pictures below are examples of timepieces displayed
in private collections entrusted to Jim Van Orsdel and The Clock Shop.

This magnificent Jewelers Regulator below was manufactured by George W. Chatterton of London, England in the 1780's. The movement was made in Paris, France, and the mahogany case was made in England.

Inside of the case are mounted a barometer with a glass tube filled with mercury and a thermometer, the both over 36" in height. They were made by B. Pike & Sons of 518 Broadway Street, New York, N. Y.
